1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, scheduling service, or otherwise interacting with Titan Garage Install and Repair LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”),

2. Services Offered

We provide garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of the owner, Amar, who is on-site for every project.

New garage door installations
Spring and cable replacement
Garage door opener installation and repairs
General garage door repair and service

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site inspection.

3. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide accurate contact information and property access on the day of your scheduled service. Missed appointments without notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment may include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic invoice.

Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur late fees. Any unpaid balance beyond 30 days may be referred to collections.

5. Estimates & Changes

Quotes and estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the quote. Any changes in materials, site conditions, or customer requests may result in updated pricing, which will be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a service fee.

Deposits, if required for custom orders or special materials, are non-refundable once materials are ordered.

7. Warranty

Titan Garage Install and Repair LLC offers a 1-year labor warranty on new installations and repairs unless otherwise specified in writing. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and equipment and are handled through the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
Modifications or repairs by other service providers
Environmental or weather-related damage

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Garage Install and Repair LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Text Messaging & SMS Communication

Customers who have opted in to receive SMS/text messages from Titan Garage Install and Repair LLC may receive updates related to appointments, service confirmations, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
